An effective manufacturing company has, by definition to be able to engineer the manufacture of the product. To this end, Brucom spares no expense and our dedicated engineers follow a continual improvement methodology to ensure total satisfaction.
All products are fully documented to an acceptable standard to provide drawings, schematics, Bill of Materials, Test specifications, Wiring Lists, 3D Models, Work Instructions and assembly jigs. This documentation has full revision history control and is supported by our process controlled manufacturing system.

For customers who need a new product design, our engineering department can provide expert assistance with your wire harness or assembly design.
Our engineering design capabilities include CAD-CAM drawings, prototyping, computerised testing
and consulting on design options that increase quality and performance and lower production costs. If you have a working sample we can analyse the design, reverse engineer and provide a recommendation on design improvements.
Specifically, our prototyping professionals can work with your company on overall layout, wire routing, material specifications, moulded component selection and cost analysis projections.
Our ability to reverse engineer a design can sometimes greatly reduce the amount of time required to develop the perfect product configuration.
We provide expert assistance to develop cost effective wire harnesses, cable assembly and control panels.
