Process
Policy Statement
This policy is part of Brucom's continuous improvement processes to deliver business services and products. The effectiveness of the business system is continually monitored for the purpose of identifying and implementing improvements.

All Brucom staff play an important role in the organisation's continuous improvement. Staff feedback and actions are vital to ensuring our organisation's ongoing success. The Quality and Health/Safety System is based on adherence to the following principles:

Software & System Updates
Sage software helps improve our customer relationships by organising and automating communications and activities across all customer-facing departments. It also offers everything we need to run the manufacturing, accounts and payroll.
Quality Systems
Brucom's quality systems and documents, are completely computerised with full automated revision control. Monitoring closely all internal, external and supplier non conformances we can maintain,high performance throughout.
Our quality system allows us to gather crucial data to show performance trends and highlights improvements needed so that we can act upon them immediately.

Health & Safety
Brucom’s most important asset is its personnel, because of this we take the well being and safety of every member seriously. Employing 58 staff at our Hixon site is no short order and we employ 2 full time qualified level 3 first aiders, 2 full time fire marshals and a dedicated Health and Safety manager.
We also have a dedicated OHSAS18001 software system to ensure compliance and traceability of risks assessments, preventative measures
and documentation control.
